Is I dreaming?

How odd. I just wrote “Am I OK for a plus 1 for tomorrow night?” in an email, and the spell-check insisted I should have written “Is I OK for plus 1 for tomorrow night?” I must have accidentally activated the youth-speak setting or somefin'.

I'm more interested in the meaning of the phrase a plus one. Is it a sexual term? I'm wondering if I is ok for one.
