Terry Wogan
Chris Moyles
Tony Blackburn
Chris Evans
Jonathan Ross

and on our local radio station Isles FM, Ishbel - someone frequently so bad it becomes unintentionally funny and Kenny - so terrible that a cd was released of his "worst of" moments.

Terry Wogan

No, Terry was/is pretty good at what he does. I started the original thread on best radio DJs with a focus on those who'd been responsible for introducing me to great music. Terry isn't particularly interested in music (he leaves all that to his producer Paul Walters who's got pretty good taste in an MOR-ish sort of way) his schtick is more a fantasy-whimsical sort of thing based largely on listeners responses (letters and latterly emails). Very slow paced, often quite droll, latterly more irritating with Walters and the traffic reports/newsreader getting access to a mic, but very funny at times. I remember one lol moment when he back credited 'One Day I'll Fly Away' with "that was Randy Crawford -dirty little devil" - not the wisest of cracks but there was just something in the delivery. (Must be the Oirish in me)
