Difficulties with Listen Again at the World Service

During 2010, the slot features recycled programmes, most first broadcast on the World Service, but some featuring live sessions first broadcast in World on 3 on BBC Radio 3

starting Saturday, Feb 20 2010: World Music Hits, Part 2

I can't get the page the show is on to work at all. When I click on the radio show, for it to start, a box opens up asking me my preferences. I've been listening on Real Player, so I clicked that one, & nothing happens. I tried windows media player & that won't do anything either.

Try the "Hear on standalone player" link, if you haven't already. I hope it helps. Sorry if it doesn't, but I get confused too by the different ways of hearing programs.

Yes that is the page, but it's different than what used to be there, & I just have a box that opens again asking if I want Real Player or Windows Media Player.

Do you have those installed on your computer? If not, you can install Real Player via this page. The link is on the right of the page.
