Frederick Natahaniel Hibbert pka 'Toots' - December 10, 1945 - Kingston, Jamaica

Toots and the Maytals. And I recognize the venue and I was probably there somewhere (often I sat under that white canopy you get a glimpse of as the temperature during the day was often in the high 90's to low 100's F). It is the "Reggae on the River" festival in Northern California and until last summer, I usually attended every summer and I have seen Toots and the Maytalls and many others there. This is the reggae/world music festival with the 15,000 people camping beside a river in tents I mentioned on the forum after I saw (and briefly spoke to) K'Naan there.
