Sabu: El Cumbanchero

It's good to know what this tune is called. It does invoke memories of BBC radio bands providing the interval music on so many entertainment shows. I thought it was Cuban, but apparently Puerto Rican - a real classic

I think they were a New York based band. What amazes me is the 12 string electric guitar playing by Arsenio Rodriguez. I didn't think anyone was playing lead guitar on a 12 string back in 1957.

Is that not a Cuban tres he is playing rather than a 12 string?
