Tinariwen were exceptionally impressive in Brighton's Concorde 2 earlier, despite lacking the familiar guitarist I've seen them perform with in the past (they seem to have recruited a replacement). The energetic 30 minute performance from Songhoy Blues was well worth arriving early for too. A superb Mali double bill.

I know I've got an interest, but if Tinariwen are half as good as they were at the Roundhouse a little while back, the price of a ticket will be well spent. They've never failed to impress.
