Someone once said - it might have been Richard Neville - that there's an inch of difference between Tory and Labour, and we're living in that inch. Nowadays, can you even get a Rizla between them?

It was Richard Neville, after the Oz trial in 1970. "It is within that inch that we live and work".
Nowadays I doubt that there is any real difference between them, or rather we have assumed the American model, as we do in so much, and have done in so much since the end of WW2.

I say VOTE GREEN! (But I would say that, wouldn't I?) However much a bunch of incompetent environmentalists might cock up running the country, at least they won't be in thrall to the fascist Saudi royal family, or the corrupt financiers of Canary Wharf.
