Paul Hereford Oliver - born 25th May, 1927 (Nottingham)

Alan has reminded me that Paul is 86 today, adding "he's also an MBE in recognition of his three volume Encyclopedia of Vernacular Architecture of the World, as I recall". These tributes celebrated Paul's 70th birthday in 1997 -
