Will, you have the seeds of a good dissertation there - I'd be happy to supervise!

Your likes and dislikes are quite close to my own. 'The Chase' is the format that appeals to me most, though the team aspect means you can be reliant on strangers and (even worse!) share the money with them if you win.

Sad, eh? He was my first thought. Well, after Elvis.

But nuff respeck go out to Andy. If my partner and I were on a TV quiz show we would both lie on the floor in foetal positions with our eyes shut tight and wait for it to all be over.

One of the language's more repellent euphemisms, I always find.

Blimey, that was almost as exciting as Tomorrow Never Dies! No, seriously, I was gripped right up until the last moment.

Andy, I was willing you to choose The Long Good Friday but as with Eddie Cochran yesterday u weren't paying attention. ESP, you really must rely on it more!

If you'd seen TLGF in recent years you would of chosen it cos the last scene is a very young PB pulling a gun on Bob Hoskins and smirking. One helluva handsome youth!

Anyway, well done for getting thru to the final.

I loved the Bette Davis/Joan Crawford line.
