There was a short radio drama about DD I heard on BBC 4Extra not too long ago. Sorry for scant detail, but well worth tracking down.

There was also an Archive on 4 broadcast - "Sculptress of Sound" presented by Matthew Sweet (who I seem to remember Andy is not a fan of)

Bless her, she died far too young. I remember being terrified by the White Noise album when I was a kid. But how well it stands up. Maths and music are rare bedfellows but when they do get together, extraordinary things happen (see also: J.S.Bach - "The Art Of Fugue")

She is also becoming an increasingly major figure for feminist academics working on popular music history. Quite right too.
