Quelle coincidence!
I saw a poster in the window of my favourite record shop this very morning featuring these guys. I didn't pay too much attention beyond registering their name. I guess they must be playing around these parts soon (or I've just missed 'em). Anyway, on the strength of that clip I may go and check the poster and fill my head with their particular brand of Rock. Will report back if mission gets accomplished.
Off tonight to see a French band called Rag Mama Rag playing American country blues. Who knows? Then if I'm able to get up to Jamie's Jamboree gig on Saturday we're promised some sort of skewed take on Victorian music hall. Thank God tomorrow at The Lighthouse is a straightforward Rockabilly shake out.

Hope you do make it on Saturday, Will. Not only skewed Victorian music hall, but some pretty darn good slide and blues! And the Shout collective...

Terrific evening witnessing The Evil Usses.

Hmm....how to describe them?

Somebody mentioned "Hot Rats" to me and I can sort of see that..............if only Zappa was that funky...........maybe sort of Pink Floyd meets Back Door with John McLaughlin butting in.

Oh, I loved it. Thanks Chris.
