Dino Paul Crocetti - born 7th June, 1917 (Steubenville, Ohio) [died 25th December, 1995]

'I don't care if the sun don't shine' from the 1953 Martin & Lewis film "Scared Stiff" - it has been said that Elvis always wanted to be Dean Martin, and he covered the song (probably after seeing this film) on his second Sun single
also recorded by Patti Page and others, written by Mack David, who like his younger brother Hal, was primarily a lyricist. Mack also later wrote a few songs with Burt Bacharach, notably 'Baby It's You'

'Houston' (1965)
Lee Hazlewood song, first recorded by Sanford Clark, and by Lee as an LP track, but Dean had the hit. The connection may have been that Lee produced the group Dino, Desi & Billy (with Dean's son, guess which one) around this time.

Introducing "five singing boys from England" on their US national TV debut ("Hollywood Palace"; June 1964)

They had at least one song in common
