I'm not really knowledgable on Classical music, but my Mom has a whole set of CDs with classical music, & these are the favorites I listen to, when I can.

Brandenburg Concerto; I love this one. It's actually in electronic form on my computer.

Water Music; I think I was born to love this one. It's so elegant & the first Classical music I heard, as a kid( I wrote some story about Disney World, somewhere on here). I went through many years not even knowing what it was called but I loved it.
