Well, I don't know if your tecky advice was at fault or if I just didn't understand it - I should imagine the latter.

Anyway, maybe if I just do it this way you can just click on the links:

A young Martin and Liam, before and after the lobotomy (you decide which is which depending on how you feel about Martin - or Liam for that matter.)

And an Irish navvy circa 1952 and his reincarnated self sometime in the last quarter of the 20th Century.

No, that doesn't work either - I give up - I hate computers!

Crash course

No Howard. You need the full http/www blah blah . com address. Or see the FAQs at http://www.charliegillett.com/phpBB2/faq.php#24

(I'm starting to feel like I'm a flight controller talking down a civilian in a Jumbo jet).

I just typed in what was under properties when I right clicked on the photo - that was all the address given!

Just pray you're never on a jumbo jet piloted by me.

Do you have a parachute?

No. When you click on Properties, halfway down is the full URL address. Just copy and paste that.

I think I've worked out what the problem is - according to the FAQs you suggested I look at, you can't post pics from sites such as MySpace, which is what i was trying to do - I knew you could post images from your own computer so i thought i was being clever by uploading them to my MySpace site first - but I wasn't.

I'm afraid there's no more that I can do for you Howard. You're about to plunge into a mountain at 400 miles an hour.

Do you have any last messages? Who would you like to leave your CD collection to? Could you answer the second question first? We're running out of time....

Sorry about that everyone. I think I might have killed Howard by mistake. Sorry.

I'm OK, I'm OK! But my record collection has gone - you bastard, Gordon! You've probably got half those CDs already anyway!

Anyone who gives I flying jumbo jet about what my photoless blurb refers to can go to MySpace, put my name in the search engine, and look at the photos there - there's only six images altogether so it should be pretty self evident which ones I'm referring to. But after all this I should imagine it'll be a bit of an anticlimax so I wouldn't bother if I were you.

I think I'm starting to sound more and more like the robot from the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy - though he'd no doubt be better at working out basic computer tasks.

While Howard's untangling himself from that parachute, this is what he was trying to say -

"A young Martin and Liam, before and after the lobotomy (you decide which is which depending on how you feel about Martin - or Liam for that matter.)
