Not strictly a feature film but an online resource put together by the V&A.

This should be of great interest to anyone who was involved in the struggle against South African apartheid, or who supported the campaigns. This wonderful interactive film tells a few of the stories of London activists who played their part in ending that repressive, racist system.

"At the height of 1960s apartheid South Africa, young Londoners were recruited to carry out secret missions for the resistance.

Over the next few decades, they used everyday items like buckets and kitchen timers and turned them into disobedient objects to strike out against a doctrine of oppression".

If you have any questions, comments, clarifications or further information, the film's director Leah Borromeo would be glad to hear from you. Let me know and I'll put you in touch.
