Thanks for The Dodger and for Max Miller. The windswept interview with Alan Balfour made me wonder if your podcasts wouldn't have more allure, reclaim more a sense of the mystery and adventure of old style broadcasting if you were to work from an old fort in the Thames Estuary.......Just a thought.

Funny enough Will, it's a thought we had too. We got all excited about the idea but then wondered whether our mast would stay erect?

Somebody privately suggested that perhaps I should have chosen Honeyboy Edwards singing Wind Howlin' Blues from his 1942 LoC recordings for Lomax!
