Feeling responsible for this initial quest for the lost extended solo, I gave this posted track another listen, and my estimation is: no similarity, apart from both being on the piano. Andy N's is a slice of boogie-woogie, while Pianonegro stays in a smaller space (but stays longer in my head). A plagiarism suit would not make it to a preliminary hearing.

But me, a musician? Pah! Call on the big boys/gals with keyboard skills and better ears.

Ritchie of this parish, shared this clip of Pete Townshend and Jack White on fb today. I'm posting it here because of Townshend's reminiscences of Andy Thunderclap Newman, but it's a pretty worthwhile clip overall (and I'm certainly not a Jack White fan, although he comes over just fine here):
