Have you got any more details of what's going to be 'going down' on Sunday afternoon at the Barbican, Charlie? Time Out just says 'K'naan 2.00pm.'

The BBC website is better than the Barbican one:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio3/worldmusic/a4wm2007/barbican.shtml

Here's the Sunday afternoon freestage part:
2.00–3.00 pm: Live performance by K’naan
3.00–5.30 pm: World Music labs
Charlie Gillett in conversation with this year's winners including Camille and Majiker.
Gilles Peterson and Charlie Gillett in 'DJ ping-pong' reflecting on 20 years of world music and their different DJ styles while playing their favourite records. A Live Set from La Xula.

There's more besides, including As Old As My Tongue, the film about Bi Kidude at 2pm on Saturday.

Unfortunately Camille has had to pull out for health reasons, so I'm not sure what will happen in that spot.

One possibility is that Maurice El Medioni might sit at the piano and talk with me about his days in Algeria back in the 50s.

Even K'naan's appearance is not 100% certain - his wife is expecting their second baby to arrive any moment (it was due last Sunday), and if it has not arrived by today, I'm not sure if he will set off for London tomorrow....
