Not a household name but a great, innovative guitarist whose wah=wah tone we all know. I saw Skip with the Bo-Keys a couple of times, most recently in New Orleans last year - loved his playing. And, yes, the wah-wah riff on Shaft is him - i read somewhere that he was simply tuning up for the recording session and started out testing his pedals and Isaac Hayes, hearing Skip working his wah-wah, told him that was exactly what he wanted!
