Lloyd Knibb RIP

Postby Ted » Sat May 14, 2011 9:26 am

I always though it was "Knibbs". Anyway, he's gone. Aged 80, which is a decent enough age for a musician.

The first time I heard his name was when Max Roach Park in Brixton had just opened and someone said "It should have been Lloyd Knibb Park"

A great drummer and, from what I have gathered, a gentleman.
