Boys and girls, boys and girls, whoops; Adam's original brief was 'quick reaction' and I quickly posted 'non-American' rather than non-Anglophone'. Hey ho, a sub-sub thread. And the agony of another list Will?!

^ Well, the cat's out of the bag now Alister, and it's far too late for quick reactions any more!

My considered response to "Best Non-American" is Astral Weeks.

And thank you NormanD; I'd never heard of Nic Jones and am now listening to the wonderful Penguin Eggs for the first time - a great way to start a Sunday morning!

Edit: Sorry, I typed "Best" when I should've said "Favourite which will stand up to some scrutiny"

best ( a point of view) anglophonic nonyankers. ISB the HBD, and Peter Bellamy Merlin or Oak, or Disraeli Gears

well there are some much studied 'giant amoebas', for example Chaos carolinensis which can reach 5mm, but yes, true as a rule

In other news a singer has sung that he heard the emperor of china used to wear iron shoes with ease

Oh, just that I didn't know you were an ISB person. Or that you liked Cream that much.

Well thurrs no reason anyone should remember my ISB related posts I suppose.
I surprised myself with becoming a Cream poissson, and the ISB have been maybe my fave band (if such a thing exists) for a long long long time, for right or rung.
