southafrican ghost music

A very informative article by Percy Zvomunya on Spoek Mathambo, an exciting and eclectic South African musician who weaves musical threads from many sources into something completely his own. Great if you're interested as I am in where ZA music may go. http://mg.co.za/article/2011-11-04-ther ... n-my-stoep
I've posted a couple of his vids on previous occasions.

Thanks Charlie, I listened to Mwishi Wam for the first time earlier today after picking up a promo in Camden record shop. It was one of your video posts that first turned me on to him. He's on at the CAMP by Old Street (a new temporary venue) on Thursday 30th November - http://thecamplondon.com/listings/event ... -the-camp/. I can't decide whether to see him or James Blake that night...
